Wupti Marketplace to suspend sales by December 15th 2019

It is with great regret that ChannelEngine.com has to inform you that Wupti Marketplace will discontinue all operations in the first quarter of 2020. This decision is a part of Salling Group's cooperate strategy, which has been set in place to ensure that Salling Group remains the most cost-effective retailer in Denmark. 

The discontinuation of Wupti Marketplace will behold in phases to provide time for you as a seller to readjust your business 

Phases

Phase 1: October 20th, 2019 – Going forward a suspension based on the rules laid down in the Seller Guide, as stated in T&C sec. 9.6 will result in a permanent suspension of your seller profile.

Phase 2: December 15th, 2019 - Sales on Wupti Marketplace will be suspended (from now forward, there will be no subscription fee)

Phase 3: Before January 20th, 2020 - Settlement of all outstanding balances

Phase 4: January 31st 2020 - Wupti Marketplace's customer and seller support will be closed permanently.

 

Until the date of termination, this letter furthermore acts as a notification concerning any changes constituting amendments to our agreement, cf. T&C sec. 21.

For the period following January 31st, 2020, in case of a claim, the customer, or Wupti's customer service will contact you by email. Warranty for the customers is still valid on all orders for two years from delivery. As of the termination date, all of the Parties' rights and obligations under the T&C will terminate, except for the rights and obligations under clauses 3, 8, 11, 13.3, 14, 15, 16, 19, and 20 of the T&C.
