[Leiden, September 16]Temu, the global online marketplace, and ChannelEngine, the global marketplace integration and automation platform, today announced a strategic partnership to provide sellers with a streamlined solution for managing their operations and expanding across international markets. The collaboration will primarily focus on Europe, while also supporting sellers targeting the United States and other global markets, including Canada, Australia, New Zealand, and Mexico.

Through this integration, sellers using ChannelEngine will gain direct access to Temu’s marketplace infrastructure, allowing them to efficiently manage their product listings and operations across multiple regions from a single interface.

The integration is designed to simplify key aspects of marketplace operations.

With the support of ChannelEngine, sellers will be able to:
  • List and manage product catalogs on Temu’s marketplace
  • Automatically import and process orders
  • Synchronize inventory levels and pricing at regular intervals
  • Transfer shipping and fulfillment information
  • Handle returns efficiently through integrated workflows

Leveraging ChannelEngine’s existing ecosystem, sellers can also diversify their sales channels and reach new customer bases without significant additional technical investment.

“We are excited to support our customers in connecting with Temu’s rapidly growing global marketplace. This partnership gives sellers the tools they need to expand internationally while managing operations efficiently from a single platform.”

First launched in the United States in 2022 and in Europe in 2023, Temu today serves consumers in more than 90 markets, offering merchandise in over 700 categories.

Temu's Local Seller Program enables businesses in more than 35 markets to sell on the platform without registration or listing fees.

The partnership comes amid Temu’s ongoing efforts to help these businesses sell online and across borders. Sellers can tap into Temu's network of partnerships, connecting existing business software through more than 200 enterprise resource planning partners and reaching more than 150 delivery providers across Europe, including DHL Group and La Poste.

“Partnering with ChannelEngine is an important step in making our platform more accessible to brands and retailers across markets,” a Temu spokesperson said. “By simplifying integration and daily operations, we enable sellers to focus on growth and customer experience.”

Complexity, cost and connection are the three recurring challenges faced by sellers across Europe, based on more than 100 background discussions Temu held with trade associations, chamber of commerce and industry bodies in the first six months of the year.

Around 65% of local sellers praised the platform for its personal and dedicated support, while 38% valued its ease of use, according to a Temu survey of more than 150 sellers across Germany, France, Spain, Italy, Poland, and the UK.
