Lowe's Marketplace Seller Summit 2026 Recap
ChannelEngine attended the 2nd annual Lowe's Marketplace Seller Summit 2026, where sellers, partners, and Lowe's leadership shared what's next for one of retail's fastest-growing marketplaces.
What stood out at this year's Summit
It was great connecting with Lowe's Marketplace sellers, our partners at Lowe's Marketplace, and brands looking to grow on the platform.
One theme came up throughout the day: marketplace growth should never come at the expense of the customer experience.
Lowe's shared how it's making marketplace products feel like a natural extension of the Lowe's brand. A great example is the rollout of marketplace ordering through My Red Vest, allowing store associates to browse marketplace inventory alongside Lowe's products and place orders for customers in-store. The goal isn't to make shoppers think about whether they're buying from Lowe's or a marketplace seller. It's to make the experience feel seamless.
AI was another major topic. The conversation wasn't about replacing people. It was about helping teams work smarter — whether that's creating richer product content, improving operational efficiency, or helping sellers scale without adding unnecessary manual work. The consensus was clear: AI works best when it strengthens the customer experience while preserving the trust customers already have in the Lowe's brand.
And yes, we also learned that decorative porch geese have become one of the marketplace's unexpected success stories. Turns out, every great marketplace has room for a few surprises.

Congratulations to Spreetail
One of the highlights of this year's Summit was seeing Spreetail receive a Lowe's Frontier Award, recognizing one of the marketplace's earliest sellers and a leader in marketplace GMV.
We're especially proud because Spreetail is a ChannelEngine customer. ChannelEngine powers Spreetail's Lowe's Marketplace integration and syndication, helping automate marketplace operations alongside many of its other marketplace channels.
Congratulations to the Spreetail team on a well-deserved recognition.

Built to support Lowe's Marketplace sellers
As Lowe's Marketplace continues to evolve, sellers need more than a marketplace connection. They need the operational foundation to grow efficiently.
ChannelEngine helps brands simplify marketplace operations by connecting Lowe's Marketplace with the systems they already use.
