We are looking for a Customer Support employee who will connect the systems of new customers to our platform as smoothly and quickly as possible using our ready-built plugins Once connected, you will support customers with all their questions regarding the use of ChannelEngine.

What are you going to do?

After our sales team signed a client, you will supervise the onboarding process. For small to medium-sized clients this usually starts with installing a plugin. After this, you will coach and train them in setting up their accounts. You will keep a close eye on whether everything runs smoothly and you check, for example, whether the orders end up properly in the customer's systems. Once up and running you assist customers with questions regarding the use of ChannelEngine. ChannelEngine is continuously improving processes, customer information, and our software. You proactively give your input to realize these improvements.

What are we looking for?

  • You have completed an ICT education or obtained a bachelor's degree
  • You are smart, proactive and you don't let some frenzy knock you out of the field
  • You have an affinity with technology and know-how the Internet works
  • You have a proficient level of English and Dutch, both in spoken and written form
  • You enjoy communicating with clients and are a team player
  • You are organized and can manage different projects at once
  • You are able to quickly analyze customer issues and determine what/who is needed to resolve an issue
  • You like to work on improving customer information (video or written content) in order to make the onboarding process faster and easier

With the use of ChannelEngine, a company can offer its products directly online on multiple marketplaces at the same time. Orders are collected from the marketplaces and transferred to the environment of a customer for further processing. The handling of a shipment is then also done by ChannelEngine, allowing the entire process to be automated in an easy way. Sales on marketplaces can be further optimized through the use of advanced tooling available within ChannelEngine.
